Children's Ministries
Our Children's Ministry offers something for children of all ages. Based off of the scripture Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it," our Children's Ministry helps kids to find the path God has for them in life and equips them to follow their faith each step of the way.
Whether it be Sunday School lessons or our mid-week program CHOGKids:Grow, your children are sure to enjoy themselves as they learn about God.
As a church, our Children's Ministry is a very high priority, as is the safety and enjoyment of each child and volunteer. Our volunteers attend training sessions throughout the year and also complete a background check annually.
Sunday Morning
Nursery: Our nursery is available for infants and children up to age 4. Nursery is provided during Sunday School & the Worship Service.
Children's Moment: We set aside a few moments of each Sunday morning to have a short lesson geared especially for the kids!
Wednesday Night
CHOGKids:Grow: Our mid-week program is designed to help your kids who are in Preschool through Grade 5 grow in a deeper relationship with Jesus. With monthly themes, your children will learn more about the importance of spending time with God, spending time with others, sharing their story and using their gifts. Along with the lessons on Wednesday nights, CHOGKids:Grow is designed to take the lessons taught outside of the walls of the church and into their schools and your home.
Our weekly schedule includes:
Meal for all participants: 6:00pm-6:30pm
Lessons for Preschool through 5th Grade: 6:30pm-8:00pm
